SHIPMENTS AND DELIVERIES
Delivery will be made as soon as possible which is usually a maximum of 5 or 7 days IF THE PRODUCT IS AVAILABLE . For precise delivery times, please contact us by email or telephone.
For the ORIGINAL spare parts ordered we DO NOT guarantee a precise delivery date as the manufacturer (producer of the minicars) does not guarantee us the exact delivery date and consequently Genera Motor cannot do so. All of this obviously concerns ORIGINAL spare parts NOT AVAILABLE to be ordered upon your specific request; therefore we will not be responsible for delays due to the manufacturer's lack of spare parts (this will be specified to you at the time of your request).
